Visa
Visitors to Qatar must hold valid passports. Delegates from various countries are eligible for visa-free entry to Qatar, while others can obtain an e-visa through the Hayya platform.

In order to ensure that you receive your visa in time for the Annual Conference on 13 December 2025, you are advised to start your visa application process as soon as possible.

Language
The Conference will be conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation available in Arabic.
Accommodation
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Complimentary refreshments such as coffee breaks and a buffet lunch will be provided on the conference day.
Transportation
Hamad International Airport (DOH) is approximately 19 km from the conference venue. While delegates are responsible for their own airport transfers, those attending the CoSP11 may use the complimentary shuttle service provided by the organizers.
